"On June 29th, I had a carpet installed by Taylor Carpet One. Two installers arrived punctually and
introduced themselves as Adam and Carlos. They were super friendly and cordial and explained to me
how they were going to move the furniture to the bedrooms, carpet the large area first, and then the
bedrooms. Adam said it would take between 2 and 4 hours maximum. That was important to me as I left
the house and did some shopping and laundry. I now knew approximately when they would be done.
After I left, I realized I had forgotten my bug hat. I returned to locate it, but there was furniture blocking
my way into the kitchen. Adam offered to look for it but I couldn't see it so I left without it, but was
impressed at Adam's offer to help. When I returned, Adam and Carlos were just leaving. They asked me
if I didn't mind moving the furniture to my liking, and I said no problem. Adam and Carlos were
impressively courteous and totally professional, doing a terrific job installing the carpet. I wouldn't
hesitate to have any carpet installations done by Taylor Carpet One, and would specifically ask for the

"We started with the hardwood floors as this was the largest area. I am not sure I know where to start in
my praise of this. I will highlight what was the most important to me. On the weekend before the work
was to start I sent you an email and asked you what I needed to do to prepare for the upcoming week.
Your answer was nothing! That anything that needed to be moved etc. would be done by Greg. As you
know I work from home so by you telling me that I needed to do nothing meant that I could focus on
what is important to me and that was working. I setup my master bedroom as my office for the week so
I could be with my cat and also be on the main floor of the house if Greg needed me for anything. That

incredibly organized and efficient, and did an amazing job of laying hardwood floor. But, much more
than that he had left and he setup my living room every night before he left as best as he could so I

professional who took the mystery out of how the flooring would be installed. He also insured we were
kept current on the process and daily status of the work to be down was always explained. He took time
to match up boards so the patterns were not odd to look at. The environment here was not easy to work
around. Furniture had to be moved constantly and having to walk up and down stairs for moving
product in. Also having to do the cutting in the garage, was not a simple easy task. It added extra
complexity to the work, which Joe handled professionally. We have a beautiful professional installed
